Register returns and exchanges
We always offer 14 days return or exchanges of products, from when you received them. You may etiher exchange to other products or receive a refund. Below a description of how you register a refund.
Step 1: In our return for you quickly and easily register what you want to return/exchange

Once you have finished the form you will receive an e-mail which it’s recommended to print and ship with your return. If you don’t have a printer you may write the information on a note and add this. Without detailed information about what you wish with your return it will take longer time to administrate it.
Step 2: Pack your products
Pack the products you wish to return carefully in a cardboard box or padded envelope if it’s small items. Place the printed return information in the package and seal it.
Step 3: Send the package back to us
Ship the package to the address found in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after you have registered your refund (this sometimes end up in the junk folder, check there if it’s not received after half an hour or so).
The return freight is paid by you as a customer, for new exchanged products we may cover shipping cost, depending on order value in accordion to original shipping fees.
Step 4: Return handling
We will now handle your return and send you new products or refund the money. IMPORTANT: If you don’t include the detailed return information with order number and info on whether you want a refund or exchange, and in this case to what products, the return will take longer time to administrate.
