A really comfortable, soft yet supportive arch support insert. Provides great support for those with high arches or problems with the foot sinking in with the risk of flat feet, to prop up and avoid bigger problems. Also for those who have painful inward tilt of the foot, called overpronation, then the arch support helps to straighten the foot and get a straighter, more natural angle of your ankle.

This arch support is made of goat leather with a base of soft foam rubber that shapes nicely to the foot but at the same time provides good support. This model is a bit smaller and lower and is suitable for more feet than many other loose arch supports on the market. Comes in one size.

The arch support has a self-adhesive surface that ensures it stays in place in the shoe. First try out the insert without attaching it, then mark out the location, peel off the protective patch and attach the insert. The spiked side should sit against the side of the shoe, the rounded smooth side against the insole of the shoe.
